FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE

We are pleased to provide free ground shipping on all orders of $100 or more within Canada and the 48 Contiguous United States. For orders up to $99.99 CAD/USD, a standard $10 flat rate ground shipping fee applies.

To be eligible for free shipping, your order must meet $100 after all discounts, coupons or promotion codes are applied. Gift cards are not subject to shipping charges.

NOTE: All shipping requests for in-store orders are subject to a flat rate $10 shipping charge regardless of total value.

CANADA SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

All products are dispatched from our Mississauga warehouse. Our processing time for Canadian orders is 4-6 business days from the date the order is received and payment is confirmed (7-8 business days during the holiday season). 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

All products are dispatched from our Mississauga warehouse to our shipping logistics partners in the US. For US orders, our standard processing time is 7–9 business days. Orders made on weekends or holidays will start processing on the following business day. Please note for alterations, the order processing time is 8-10 business days.

TRANSIT TIME

GROUND SHIPPING

Orders usually require 3-8 business days for delivery after leaving the warehouse, depending on the destination address. We partner with UPS for shipping.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number, which you can use to track your package at (https://www.ups.com/track). Please be aware that once the shipment has departed from our warehouse, we cannot alter the delivery address or redirect the package.
